Veronica Bell is more than a personal life coach - she is a source of inspiration, knowledge, and wisdom on the journey to personal rediscovery and authentic creative expression.

Veronica has studied personal development, life coaching, and interdisciplinary techniques for growth and transformation for more than thirty years. She is passionate about the human capacity for positive change, and credits her ability to take risks and embrace change with producing remarkable experiences in her own life.

Veronica's coaching method is inspired by the Coach Training Institute's Co-Active Coaching model, which holds that all people are inherently creative, resourceful, and whole. Veronica's coaching method is also influenced by Positive Psychology and East-West ancient wisdom traditions.

Prior to her career as a Personal Life Coach for Women, Veronica was a successful entrepreneur. For twenty-five years, she designed, launched, and operated socially-responsible businesses, and provided consulting services to entrepreneurs and visionary start-ups companies.

Veronica is a member of the Institute of Coaching Professional Association, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. Veronica is based in Sedona, Arizona, where she enjoys hiking in the red rocks, horseback riding and swimming. She is currently working on her first novel.
